Danielle + Ben - New Jersey

This will be my second wedding as Maid of Honor and I have known this girl almost my whole life! We were actually in Kindergarten together, but then I didn't make the age cut and had to stay back for a second year of Kindergarten.... Regardless, she and I have maintained a friendship that I treasure and I am SO honored to be helping to celebrate her wedding!

Unfortunately, Danielle has had to reschedule almost ALL of the celebrations due to COVID-19 and the pandemic that has rocked 2020. We did squeak in a bridal shower for her before things really started getting crazy. Her Mom took care of planning much of this event, but then I was in charge when the day arrived. It was such a lovely event and I had a blast trying to engage with the ladies who came to celebrate our girl!

2022 Update:

The bachelorette party turned into a day trip down the Jersey Shore. Danielle came a night early to my parent's place down the shore and we shared some delicious summer cocktails.

The ladies came ready to be pampered as we each had treatments done at the Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, NJ. Post treatments, we shared mimosas and hopped over to Max's Famous Hot Dogs for a quick bite before we hit the boardwalk in Asbury Park.

We roamed the storefronts in Asbury Park and ended the night with some delicious sushi at Taka! Now onto the wedding!!

July 31, 2021: The BIG DAY

Danielle and Ben were married at the second largest basilica in the country in Newark, NJ. The Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart was incredibly impressive and I was given the honor to speak at the ornate pulpit to deliver one of the two readings of the wedding mass.

After the mass, we all headed to back to the Pleasantdale Chateau, which was such a beautiful venue. It really was something out of a fairytale! Just look at all of these gorgeous photos !
